UHMWPE, as a kind of amazing PE, with its property of anti-corrosion, abrasion resistant, can
be widely used as liner. With chemical resistance second only to PTFE(Teflon), UHMWPE pipe, will offer superior life to other pipeline products in acidic or corrosive applications under 85 degrees C.
In order to adapt to long distance, high pressure, high wear resistance, high adhesion resistance, anti-scaling and
other requirements, Dragon UHMWPE has developed its UHMW PE lined carbon steel pipe product.
Inner UHMW PE layer, makes full use of its excellent performance, at the same time, the whole
pipes can withstand high pressure due to its outer steel pipe.
UHMW PE lined carbon steel pipe, a cost effective and robust solution for corrosion protection forslurry pipeline mining applications and chemical pipelines.
Due to lower friction coefficient of UHMWPE, the uhmwpe lined abrasion resistant carbon steel pipe performs better than hdpe pipe.

UHMWPE, its base material is colorless, odorless and non-toxic low carbon production process. The UHMWPE manufacturing process produces only 15% of the carbon dioxide emissions
of that of the equivalent amount of steel pipe without discharge of waste water, exhausted gas and waste residue.
To protect the steel pipe better, there are normally three layers painting applied onto outer surface of steel
pipe: epoxy non toxic primer coating, high build 2 pack epoxy intermediate, catalysed acrylic top coat. There are high level coating facility in our workshop, to offer high quality coatings:
