Application
1. Remove the rust, dirt, and oil stains at the joints, and the rust removal reaches the sd2 level specified in SYJ4007-86 "Specifications for Surface Treatment of Steel Before Painting".
2. The polyethylene layer in the overlapped part should be polished to a rough surface.
3. Preheat the fill part with a flame heater at about 80 ° C.
4. One end of the heat-radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable tape with a rubber surface (150 mm wide) aligned with the middle of the patch, bonded to the patch and flattened and compacted, and the other end is heated to the rubber surface (150 mm wide) and overlapped at the head The overlap with the polyethylene layers at both ends shall not be less than 100 mm.
5.After heating the adhesive surface of the fixing sheet, it is bonded to the overlap of the heat shrink tape and compacted, and there is glue overflowing around.
6.Heat from the one end of the central ring of the fillet to the heat shrink band at the fillet, and there will be glue overflow on the end face.
7. Make up the mouth of the elbow and heat it while winding it. After the winding is completed, heat the heat shrinkable tape at the elbow until the glue overflows at the overlap.
