Injection molding is a processing method used in mass production of complex parts of certain shapes. Specifically, the plastic melted by the heat is injected into the cavity by the high pressure of the injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidifying, the molded article is obtained.

PACKAGING & SHIPMENT
1-For mold: After assemble and clear mold, we paint anti-rust fog or grease on mold, then cover it with thin film and place it into a stable wooden box.
2-For plastic product: the first thing is to wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag, the second step is place them into cartons with thin spong plates to prevent scratches. Or as per your request.
3-Molds and Products can be deliveried by sea/by DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex, EXW shenzhen with customer's agent is welcomed!

A:we have complete tooling processing machine,totally in 60 sets.and also with 5 sets of new HaiTian injection machine.
Q: If we confirm the order, how will you go with our order? How is your management system for mould making?
A:We have a complete management system. From order confirmation to shipment, our project dept. will take charge of the order wholly. We will report the order status periodically.
The following is our mould production flow chart:
-Customer confirm the product design, then start the mould design
-After the mould design confirmation, then place the production list
-Mould base and components purchasing and production
-Follow the tooling process by processing dept.
-1st Mould testing (or 2nd Mould testing if necessary), check the product dimension and take down the mould testing report.
-Send the testing sample to customer for improvements or confirmation, and instruction of mould shipping.
-Mould packing and shipment, together with mould operation instruction, mould assembling drawing, spare parts list and mould quality certificate.
Q:Do you ever make injection mold and SMC/BMC molds?
A:Yes. We have provided such kind of service to some of our customers and gain more experience in this field.
Q: How to pack and ship mold?
A:When the mold have been completed, we will paint grease on the surface, pack the mold with plastic pellicle, and put it into a disinfected wooden box. Attached Accessories: 1. Related electrode; 2.Ring bolts, 3.Mold locking sets and other necessary accessories.
